Every child passing out of The Deens Academy is a complete individual, ready to meet the challenges of an ever-changing global environment.
The admission process is managed by the admissions officer who can be contacted by email,admissions@deensacademy.com She will also facilitate a school tour and assist you during the admission process.
We will not being opening admissions for any grade in Kindergarten at ECC campus this year. We will process it admissions based on vacancies later in the year. Presently, there is no wait list maintained for the same, you will need to contact the Admissions officer after January when the waitlist will be created.
The selection procedure is as follows: Application forms will be processed for the academic year 2020-21 based on the following criteria
a) First come first serve ( Based on application number)
b) The age criteria for KiDeens which we strictly adhere to is (please do not request otherwise)
Playgroup: Born on or before 30th June 2017
LKG: Born on or before 30th June 2016
UKG: Born on or before 30th June 2015
c) Physical and mental fitness such that the child can seamlessly integrate into the class.
d) A shared belief for the education of the child between parents and the School
e) There will be a verbal interaction with the child for LKG and UKG applicants.
On passing the selection process a letter of confirmation is sent to the parent. Within one week of confirmation, the processing fee and first installment of the academic fees needs to be paid to enroll the child into the school.
The fee payment needs to be done through Demand Draft or online payments
f) After we have received payments and documents for admission a welcome letter is sent in which the student id is shared.
